Guarantee Policy
This policy is part of our work of continual improvement, both of ourselves and our products. As a customer, you can contribute to this improvement by reporting faults in our products. It is our ambition to create good relationships by quickly addressing and rectifying faults and problems. Customer complaints are dealt with in the shortest possible time.
Guarantee Periods
We give a 2-year guarantee on our products that covers manufacturing defects/damage. However, this guarantee does not extend to upholstery, wheels, and batteries. These items instead come with a 1-year guarantee. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee. We recommend that our customers use the product in accordance with the user guide.
